Unpack Quarantine archive to C drive. Use X-Plore.(Download From Here) You should get C:\tmquarantine\ path.
 

Install Anti-Virus 

Launch Anti-Virus
 

Go to Options – Quarantine list
 

Do Options – Restore at all files
 

Close Anti-Virus and delete it.
 

Install RomPatcher+(Download From Here)
 

Launch RomPatcher+ and apply all patches – Open4all for access to all folders and Installserver for installing any unsigned apps
